DevOpsPathWay provides educational consultancy, career roadmapping, technical mentorship, and interview preparation services primarily focused on Full Stack Development and DevOps methodologies. The advice and roadmaps provided are meant to guide your learning and career development, but we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, job placements, or financial success.
2. Booking and Consultations
- Scheduling: Consultations are scheduled subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances, providing you with ample notice.
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, we require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a service so that the mentor can properly prepare for your session.
3. Code of Conduct
We expect all interactions between students and mentors to be professional, respectful, and constructive. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All original content, roadmaps, materials, and documentation provided to you during your mentorship sessions are the intellectual property of DevOpsPathWay. These materials are provided for your personal, educational use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or published without our explicit written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date industry guidance, DevOpsPathWay makes no warranties, either express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Your reliance on any information provided by DevOpsPathWay is solely at your own risk.
